COVID-19 information

Important Travel News from the Small Group Touring Co.

As at 15 March 2020

To our loyal travellers,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that the Small Group Touring Co., as part of the Bunnik Travel Group, will be suspending all tours departing between 16 March and 30 April 2020.

COVID-19 is having an unprecedented impact globally with daily announcements of border closures and flight suspensions making it increasingly difficult for travellers. The safety and wellbeing of our clients is our first and highest priority. With this in mind we have no choice but to suspend all tours for the first time in the Bunnik Travel Group’s 25 year history.

As of Monday 16 March 2020, if you are travelling with us on departures up to 30 April 2020 we will be in contact with you shortly, either directly or through your travel agent. Our first priority is assisting those who are currently travelling and those due to depart in the next 48 hours. We will be working through tours in departure date order from there. Due to the large number of airline and land suppliers across our touring program this will take some time to finalise and we will be in touch with each passenger (via your travel agent where applicable) as soon as possible.

We know these are stressful and uncertain times for everyone involved. Once more, we thank you for your kindness and patience as we work to find solutions for you. You have been amazing and your support at this time has been so heartening to our dedicated customer service team. Thank you.

We are passionate about travel and about you having the best experience in this world’s amazing destinations. We know in time you’ll be able to explore the world’s wonders and beauty with us.

Dennis, Sacha and Marion Bunnik, and the Small Group Touring Co. team
