We envision a world connected through travel and we know that one of the best ways to strengthen these connections is through small group touring.
How we create our small group tours:
- We travel.
- We research.
- We plan and refine our small group tours.
- We connect with local experts to find authentic experiences within our destinations.
- We stay in touch and use your feedback to improve everything we do.

The Bunnik Travel Group Joint Chief Executive Officers
Sacha, Marion and Dennis Bunnik
Small Group Touring Co. is proud to be the newest addition to the Bunnik Travel Group's stable of brands. Our family is passionate about showing people the world, the Bunnik Way. We have always been a family of travelers at heart, exploring the world around us with equal parts wonder, good humour and curiosity. We came well-prepared for this from childhood holidays spent on the road; to today where all three of us still spend large parts of the year traveling with our guests and training our overseas partners.
More than a checklist, our small group tours connect people, places and cultures, which is important in helping break down barriers, creating lifelong memories and, best of all, sharing the benefits of tourism with all. Discover our passion for this incredible planet and its inhabitants, and experience the 'Bunnik Way'!
Small Group Touring Co. Chief Marketing Officer, Catherine
Originally studying a degree in architectural studies, Catherine soon realized her creativity could be better used in marketing, and was she right! She's been passionately marketing travel for close to 10 years now, a passion matched by creativity and the desire to discover the world one country at a time. She's been lucky enough to live on the shores of Lake Geneva, where she immersed herself in all things Swiss-French, cycling to nearby villages for baguettes, swimming in the crystal clear but freezing waters of the lake, and enjoying a magnificent train ride along the Golden Pass to the Swiss Alps. She's witnessed the wonder of Egypt, been won over by the architectural genius of Gaudi in Barcelona, Spain and explored her family history in the Emerald Isle of Ireland. “There's something about travel that I just can't get enough of and being able to use my creativity to inspire people's travel is so rewarding”. With two young children yet to start school she spends her spare time on swings and slides, and is looking forward to that first big family trip away - the destination? Japan!
Small Group Touring Co. National Sales Manager, Zoe
With a career in the travel industry spanning 13 years across wholesale touring and retail travel, Zoe’s love for travel extends beyond her work. Journeys through South, Central and North America, India and Nepal to Japan and South East Asia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Europe, have allowed Zoe to witness the diversity of our world, with highlights including getting up close to the ancient icons of Egypt and witnessing the beauty of Machu Picchu. When she is not traveling, Zoe enjoys good food & wine and spending time with her beloved labradoodle Jaffa.
Small Group Touring Co. Sales Team Leader, Hayley
Hayley emigrated to Australia from the UK with her family back in the winter of 2005 and, apart from missing a good cuppa tea, she'd never go back! Hayley has been in the travel industry since 2010 and had a personal goal of visiting 30 countries before she turns 30. She successfully completed this goal at 25 with her top three countries being, Costa Rica for the wildlife and adventure, Sri Lanka for the culture and people, and America for the food! Next on her list is a White Christmas in Canada and the Great pyramids of Giza in Egypt!
Small Group Touring Co. Sales Consultant, Donna
Growing up in an airline family, Donna can’t remember a time when she was not bitten with the travel bug. She’s been working in the travel industry for over 30 years now and her passion for travel has not waned! Donna has travelled extensively and visited all 7 continents. Her travel bucket list grows daily, with travel to Portugal, the United Kingdom and Peru planned for the next 12 months.
Small Group Touring Co. Sales Consultant, Mattia
Mattia has always loved the concept of travel and how much of a positive impact travel can have on any person. Having travelled to some of world’s most exotic locations like Oman, Rio De Janeiro and Iguazu Falls, she hopes to continue to visit every continent in depth. When she is not travelling, she is either fishing, watching sport, catching up with family & friends or listening to her favourite music.
Small Group Touring Co. Sales Consultant, Owen
Originally from Canada, in 2006 Owen decided it was time to travel the world. He got on a one-way flight to Europe with no bigger plans than “let’s see where this takes me.” Eight years later he found himself in Australia with 30+ countries under his belt, having lived in England, Germany and Scotland. Some highlights include working as a walking tour guide in Edinburgh, couch surfing in Berlin, and backpacking through Vietnam. A lover of good food and wine, he enjoys relaxing with Netflix or a good book.
Small Group Touring Co. Sales Consultant, Paul
Paul joins The Small Group Touring Company with a lifelong love for travel and 4 years experience in the industry. He has been lucky enough to travel quite extensively throughout the US, Canada, New Zealand, South East Asia and much of Europe. However, despite all of these amazing experiences, he loves coming home to South Australia and particularly it's beautiful and delicious wine country. Paul has a bucket list of future holiday destinations as big as the Adelaide Oval, a place you will often find him watching the Aussie Rules Football when he is not creating amazing experiences for his clients. In his spare time, Paul is an established singer/keyboardist in a vocal duo and cover band. So most of his weekends are spent entertaining crowds with his music. He loves keeping fit and always starts the day with a jog before work.
